A nice little knife that I bought for myself and a friend. Gem is clear and unblemished, secure to pommel. Shamrock is likewise securely affixed to the plastic handle. Blade is traditionally styled and not very sharp. I like the wooden lining to the sheath. Gregory Dorr 24/03/2007

I really like this sgian dubh. Fair quality in a plastic molded knife, gem is secure on butt, shamrock secure on hilt, traditional blade styling. It would be nice if it came with a sharpened edge, but mine took an edge with just a bit of honing. Wooden sheath inserts help keep blade sharp, still (silent), and polished. Gregory Dorr 24/03/2007
