Taxes & duties
Deliveries to addresses outside the United Kingdom are exempt from UK VAT taxation and are charged at ex-VAT prices.
Your local customs authorities may charge import duties in individual cases. Like all international retailers, we can take no responsibility for such taxes, or for any goods seized by import authorities due to local regulations, such as concerning organic matter or weaponry. If you are in any doubt, please check with your local authorities before placing any order.
In the event of the package being sent back to us by the carrier, as a result of your refusal to pay for any duties and/or taxes, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from any refund you receive from us. Please note, any bespoke and/or non returnable items will not be eligible for a refund. You will be expected to pay to have your package re-shipped to you.
