We sometimes make goodwill offers under special conditions, such as introductory deals available only once per person or per household, or subject to qualifying criteria such as previous purchases. Any attempt to take advantage of such offers in contravention of the terms and spirit of these offers, including applications using different personal identities, may be deemed to be fraud, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to permanently blacklist anyone we suspect of having deliberately made such an attempt, or any other type of apparent fraud, as well as to take any further legal steps we consider appropriate.
