What are your customer service hours?

We are normally available to help by phone or email at least during UK office hours (9am-6pm Monday to Friday). But during the Christmas season and at other times we also open evenings and weekends. Our current customer service hours (and whether we are open at this moment!) can always be found on our Contact page.
