Sasann an Samhradh
Designed By Samdancer86
Brief Description Sasann an Samhradh means England in Summer well as close as I could work out using online translations.
What Inspired the Design? Me and my Partner were both born in England although my Partner has lived here for most of his life, he wanted to wear a Kilt for our wedding, but he doesn't have a clan he belongs to. These colours are the theme I wanted for my wedding, but Lilac coloured Tartans are hard to come by, so I was so happy to be able to design my own so it will feel so personal at the altar.
Why did you choose these colours?

M White

Morning Grey

Lilac

Dark Purple

Seance
What meaning does the number or arrangement of lines have, if any? No answer given yet.
Does it represent a group or event (business, club, wedding, etc.)? No answer given yet.
Is it associated with a locality (city, region, country etc.) England
How do you plan to use it (garments, furnishings, etc)? I want to use it for my wedding kilts and flashes and as a ribbon for the cake and flowers etc...
Do you expect to weave it, or produce it in other ways? I would love to get this made up and I am happy for anyone English or not to use it!
