We divide the buying process into two main stages:
1. Select products & Add to Basket
- Find your product
- Optional: specify fabric, sizes, etc.(Choose Options button, top right)
- Add item to your Basket (Add to Basket button, top right)
- (Repeat, to add more items)
- Adjust quantities in Shopping Basket (if required)
2. From Basket, proceed to Check Out
- Go to the Checkout (Checkout Now button, in Basket)
- Specify Delivery Address and Shipping Method
- Specify Payment details
- Confirm

We have three main ways of giving you extra information:

Now, one of my favored wardrobe items is my Balmoral Seton Ancient shawl. Much to my delight, the 16oz. was much heavier than I expected, a mark of excellent quality. I am a Texan living in Scotland UK and before I move back, I wanted a tartan that was special to me. I found the Texas Bluebonnet Tartan through the Scotweb store. It is a private Tartan meaning that your kilt stores do not carry this beautiful tartan. I order this in September. It is beautiful and I highly recommend this product to you. While you are looking around, look for other tartans that will become special to you and your family.

I purchased this for my daughter so she matched my kilt and fly plaid at my nieces wedding . cut from the same ream of cloth as i had ordered it at the same time as my kilt she looked stunning and I was so proud to say thats my girl. The shawl is a fine piece of tartan wool. Mine is in the 'weathered Ferguson' and drew positive comments when worn the very first time. The 'Balmoral' name is always a sign of quality, as also is the weaver's 'ibuch' name. The shawl has a deep fringe on all four sides. This wide fringe alone should be sufficient to avoid further fraying, but a close eye will have to be maintained. Ari , Alabama

Recently I purchased for my wife a lovely Macalester Tartan shawl from your store along with a broach of her great-grandmother’s Carmichael family crest. It was a surprise gift and she was enchanted with both shawl and broach. The workmanship was flawless and objects that would be handed down as heirlooms for many years to come. Our last trip to Scotland was in 1985. We returned to the United States with lots of souvenirs, but no serious, items from the land of our heritage. We felt it time to do some serious shopping and have purchased lovely scarves in the Duncan Tartan for my Sister in law. Now every time I travel through your catalogue or Internet presence, my eyes end up gazing at your kilts. I wonder do I dare. Only time and my resistance to temptation will answer that question. Inclosing let me add that the value and quality of your merchandize speak for you and we have had nothing ut compliments from friends and family who appreciate our return to our Scottish heritage.
