Made in Scotland from solid silver, this 'Cromarty' Celtic sword kilt pin really is something special.

A traditional, yet intricate design, the kilt pin has been handcrafted from solid silver and will add the finishing touch to any kilt outfit. We are sure it will be enjoyed for years to come too, and will be passed down the generations.

A Kilt Pin is a decorative pin used on the lower apron of a kilt. Legend suggests that its usage began in the Victorian era when Queen Victoria used a brooch to preserve the modesty of a soldier wearing a kilt. Whilst this tale suggests that the kilt pin now exists to keep the kilt closed, it is in fact used more as a decorative piece, and is pinned through only one layer of the kilt, not two.
