Great swatches, a bit expensive tbh £26 for 2 swatches incl delivery BUT found the family tartan I wanted from them, better than the computer pic. shame you can't get the complete price of swatches back excluding postage but not to worry. just ordered my first full kilt outfit. Silver Quaich - Basket Weave
This item arrived very quickly in excellent condition, just as I expected from this site. The quaich itself is simply fabulously made, from the general shape itself to the fine details on the handles. Round Thistle Cross Stitch Kit
I have now completed three of these, for ex pats like myself. It really was an easy cross stitch and the instructions are very clear, and the finished product is stunning (even if I say so myself!)it now has pride of place on my lounge room wall.....back to working on the map of Scotland now! Luckenbooth Pendant - P136
It's flawless! Not too big, not too small, perfect with solid colour clothes, better to wear it not on bare skin, but on fabric, - as the pendant has no stones/gems, it's important to highlight it's lines and the shadows; let them play with the colour of the fabric :) i guess the Luckenbooth brooche is the same - flawless)) And besides - it appears to have the letter M together with the crown and the heart, so it's a double pleasure to wear this piece of jewellery!
