I'm not a parade piper but can say that this raincape serves very well for ordinary usage. It gives full protection against wind and rain while allowing full arm and leg movement, plenty of pocket space and enough ventilation to prevent the usual discomfort caused by heat and humidity. It is light in weight, easy to fold into a tiny pouch for carrying and thoroughly durable. Well done!
