Wrote... Very sturdy leather. This should last for a long time. I'm not sure the sizing is accurate. My kilt has a 39.5" waist, so I ordered a 40" belt. I've had to secure the belt at it's smallest setting and it still droops a bit. To correct this, I added another notch is waist adjustment strap. It is better, but I think it may still droop over time. In the future, I think I may be purchasing a smaller belt.
