Wrote... The Kilt I purchased is great. Even though it was made from a less common Tartan it was produced quickly and beautifully. The construction is very well executed.I am very pleased with my new kilt and the service I received from Scotweb. Thank You D.K. Brooks

Inverness Cape

Wrote... If you are looking for a substitute for an overcoat, this is not it. This cape is essentially a rain coat. Of course it will also double as a light jacket replacement when wearing your kilt. Being constructed like a rain coat, it will need a little extra care to prevent tearing the rubber-like lining. Diamond-shaped sleeve buttons especially could catch on the lining. All in all though I found my cape to be quite nice and I look forward to wearing it with my kilt, weather permitting.

Tartan Oddments Bag

Wrote... I purchased an oddment bag in,August 2008. I was so excited by the wonderfully large rement pieces, they were the hit of the Kirkin'. What is so hard to believe, and it is the truth, I ordered this bag on a Monday morning and got it before noon on Wednesday. What is so incredible about that is that I live in Fresno, Califonia. I will probably order another oddment bag in the future!

Circular Celtic Belt Buckle

Wrote... Nice substantial belt buckle. Not one of those flimsy belts on offer else where. The rounded shape also sits comfortably with a Charlie jacket where some of the rectangular ones sit odd.

Tweed Chieftain Waistcoat

Wrote... This is one of the most versatile accessories I own with the kilt. I have worn it with a Ghillie (Jacobite) shirt for the 17th century look. However, I have also worn it with great success at black tie functions (Opening Ball at St Andrews, Scotland), where it held its own with Prince Charlie jackets. A must have for younger guy. As for the construction, 12oz tweed is almost a perfect weight. When outside, it will turn the Scottish gusts, but inside, it is light enough not to cause discomfort. The tweed fabric achieves a fine balance of softness and durability. The nickel buttons add a classy touch (though I am rather fond of the unique luster of nickel metal).

Clan Crest Kilt Accessory Gift Set

Timothy Shaw, Maryland, USA (19 October '08)

Wrote... I like the gift set and being able to show my clan crest. The crest in the buckle is a pin, and is a little flimsy. I have to be careful for I have bent it with my sporran bending over. TSP
