I ordered the Luxury Fine Wool Tartan Scarf on 2012/2/2, it was dispatched on 2012/2/21 and I received it on 2012/2/23. LOL The mails must have been on fire! That was very quick delivery from Edinburgh to the Pacific NW Coast of USA! It is one thing to see the plaid in a picture among your many Tartans it is quite something else to see it in hand. The scarf in the MacDonald of Glencoe (muted colors) Tartan was beautiful! The weight was very nice, much sturdier than I imagined, and the colors were gorgeous! I LOVE it! Now I have two excuses to wear it with a fancy pin and flash it around...St. Patrick's Day and next weekend when I go to a Pipe Band performance here in my area. Thank you Scotweb! Beautiful sweater, as a knitter I appreciate the qualiity of craftsmanship in this beautiful garment. The quality lor the wool and the suble yet distinctive colours used. I was sad not to be able to handle such big projects ant more, when I ordered this sweater for my son. I have knitted him a half a dozen, since he. Was a little boy.but when it arrived, I was delighted with it, apart from the pain it saved my arthritic fingers, I do not believe I could have found and purchased such a great colour combination fit the money. It is a luxury product, that I have been able to buy my son, for less than it would have cost me to buy the wool and knit it myself. Fabulous service, quick delivery, and no nagging, have you finished yet? Just a delighted smile when he saw it weeks before he expected it! Thank you so much you have lightened the sadness, that I can no longer knit these myself, I know he can still have the style, feel and colours he loves at a reasonable price. Sincerely Beth

Received my Braveheart modern colors casual kilt in good order and am well pleased. The fit was perfect as with all the other kilts I've ordered from Scotweb. Your kilt makers are very consistent with their work. The 5 yard kilt is extremely versatile. I've worn mine with a Prince Charlie and have yet to have anyone count or measure the pleats. They look great even at a formal function. Thanks Scotweb for reliably good products.

If you're shopping for a tartan you need to order swatches for each one being considered. Tartans viewed on computer monitors are reasonably accurate representations but there's no substitute for having the real thing in your hands, to feel it and look at it under different lighting conditions. I was considering several tartans for my 8 yard kilt, mainly the Caledonia, but decided to order swatches of a few others as well. Caledonia won out for my 8 yard kilt but Isle of Skye was so beautiful I ordered a second, casual kilt in it. You can narrow your choices on the computer but you need the swatches to make that final decision.

These are very nice accessories to a kilt outfit and competitively priced. Enamel & rhodium make for an attractive combination. They stand out especially well on black cuffs and a mostly black kilt.

House of Ceviot comes through again. The hose are comfortable, sized right, and reasonably priced. Ancient blue is a lustrous color and goes well with the Caledonia tartan. The matching flashes do just that, they match the hose color perfectly. I'm very satisfied. Thanks for offering quality products.
