I bought this Tartan Tie to match with the other items made in the Orkney District Tartan, and what a wonderful choice, it perfectly matches and enhances the outfit as a whole, or can be worn just as a tie -- just perfect. Mum bought me a handmade woolen Kerr tartan tie in Braemar back in the '60s when I was a teenager and I treasured it for years, wearing it on special occassions. It came up missing in the turmoil after my divorce, so I ordered this one from ScotWeb to replace it and I couldn't be more pleased. It is every bit the top quality, comfortable, durable, and beautiful tie that its predecessor was! Worth every penny -- and I'm enough of a Scot to be careful about every one I spend! :-)

This can be worn at work or it can compliment your kilt. When you order two I always give one to family member I always buy one with my kilt and now I have about 5
