I love my cape and wear it as often as I can. We do gat quite a lot of rain here in France!
It is well-made and quite elegant, I think, and other people seem to think so too. Lyon can be a very windy city and this cape keeps the wind out.
Ideal for people who like walking about in all sorts of weather.
