The web site, customer service, attention to detail and the quality of the materials all were fantastic and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The patience and understanding from the staff in correcting my measuring mistakes (more than once) sets them apart for great customer service. Overall, it has been a fantastic experience in dealing with Scotweb as the combination of great customer service and quality product is hard to find. I ordered the Argyll Kilt package and it is fantastic. If like me you have always been thinking about buying a kilt, but worrying about the quality, then I highly recommend Scotweb.

I am very pleased with this product. It took longer to get than I thought it would, but part of that was really my fault. (Be generous with the vest and jacket measurement, I had to return the vest and jacket as they were too tight and wait for larger sizes). I have had a chance to wear the kilt on a couple of occasions in the last few weeks, and everybody has been very complimentary. The shoes are extremely well made, the kilt is a work of art, and the jacket (properly sized) completes a finished product. Thanks to Scotweb for packaging up a very nice ensemble. I can recommend it with enthusiasm.
