I bought the clan crest tankard for my dad for his birthday. He loved it, and it went into the fridge to frost asap! When I placed my order I bought several gifts all at once, but very early just in case. This was one of those items which caused a little bit of a delay. I was kept well informed, which I appreciated, but if I hadn't ordered early, I might have been worried. I'd recommend to anyone on a deadline like Christmas or a wedding, that they order as early as possible, just to be on the safe side. Even though my order suffered a few delays, I always enjoy buying from Scotweb. Consistently beautiful, quality items.
