My new Black Barathea Inverness Cape arrived in time to wear on Tartan Day in New York City. It may have been cold and damp, but I was warm and comfortable. The side pockets kept my hands warm and the inside chest pockets were large enough to stow away a restaurant guide book. The Cape works well when I am dressed either in my New York tartan kilt, or with a business suit. An appropriate hat is recommended to make the outfit complete.
