Harris Tweed Jacket
I bought the Barva jacket for the cool evenings travelling. It is a wonderful garment, the quality is great and it was exceptional value from Scotweb (I am a Cornishman and like the Scots we have a reputation for being careful with our money, the same is available elsewhere, but is considerably more expensive, many thanks Scotweb!) my only problem is that I would like to wear it more often, Dubai is a little too warm to wear it more often, Highly recommended purchase, Best Regrds, Mike Rowse, Dubai Review date: 2009-11-20 |

The Balmoral Kilt, Traditional 8 Yard Kilt with Flashes
I received my kilt earlier than expected, the communication from Scotwb was unbeatable. I aleady own one Cornish kilt which was considerably more expensive and so I was expecting to recieve something 'cheaper' in quality! I was very pleasantly surprised at the exceptional quality of this new kilt, I would recommend Scotweb to anyone, this is particularly important for me since I live in Dubai and so trusting the people I buy from over the internet is of critical importance. Essential Scotweb Dummy Sgian Dubh

Gents Chrome Single Leather Chain Strap

Clan Crest Lapel or Tie Pin
This lapel pin did not meet my expectations from Scotweb. There is little visible detail. Although the clan motto is clearly legible in the Scotweb example ("nobilis est ira leonis"), I cannot read the Kerr clan motto on the pin actually delivered -- even with a magnifying glass -- but only make out the general shape of the clan badge. It is, however, of basically good quality, but I can only rate it as "adequate" and not up to usual Scotweb standards. Review date: 2009-11-15 |
