We divide the buying process into two main stages:
1. Select products & Add to Basket
- Find your product
- Optional: specify fabric, sizes, etc.(Choose Options button, top right)
- Add item to your Basket (Add to Basket button, top right)
- (Repeat, to add more items)
- Adjust quantities in Shopping Basket (if required)
2. From Basket, proceed to Check Out
- Go to the Checkout (Checkout Now button, in Basket)
- Specify Delivery Address and Shipping Method
- Specify Payment details
- Confirm

I ordered the wall plaque of our clan crest for my sister for Christmas and she loved it! It's hanging right near the front door in her home. When I placed my order I bought several gifts all at once, but very early just in case. This was one of those items which caused a little bit of a delay. I was kept well informed, which I appreciated, but if I hadn't ordered early, I might have been worried. I'd recommend to anyone on a deadline like Christmas or a wedding, that they order as early as possible, just to be on the safe side. This was a Christmas gift for my husband’s grandfather. He absolutely loved it! It's now hanging in their living room for all to see.

Great construction, very solidly made. The carving on the crest is very nicely done as well. Paint for the crest was a little skewed on the bull emblem, but not so much as to detract from the overall quality.
