Taxes & Duties

Value Added Tax (VAT) is charged automatically on qualifying goods for delivery within the EU or European Economic Area; certain goods such as children’s clothing may be exempt. Deliveries to other areas of the world (including North America) are exempt and are charged at ex-VAT prices.

In our experience, overseas deliveries mostly arrive without further duties or taxes being charged. But your local customs authorities may charge import duties in individual cases. Like all international retailers, we can take no responsibility for such taxes, or for any goods seized by import authorities due to local regulations, such as concerning organic matter or weaponry.
