Feedback, Reviews, or Complaints
We value any and all feedback (compliments or criticisms) and you’d be surprised how often and how quickly we act on comments. Please contact us with your testimonials, suggestions, criticisms, or any other correspondence, directly from our Contact page or by emailing a reply to any customer service email.
If it’s about a product, we especially invite you to use our Customer Reviews facility, to share your experiences with others. A review can be submitted for any product, and we publish all genuine commentary. You can add yours on the Reviews tab on every product page. You can also review all items you have bought from a single page in the Members’ area. We credit your account with 50 Scotweb Points for each review accepted, or 100 if you attach your own image.
If you feel you have a serious problem, you are welcome to email our ‘complaints@…’ email address which is included in every customer service email. This will go directly to more senior staff for initial review. We’ll do everything we can to leave you happy.
