Made using a traditional hand frame according to old family patterns, this gorgeous sweater is a genuine Fair Isle article. Fair Isle patterns became popular in the 1920's thanks to the royal family and have never really left our wardrobe. These charming garments are made of extremely complex patterns and colour combinations which make them difficult to imitate and easy to get wrong.

The true beauty of Fair Isle garment is easy to appreciate when the patterns and colours are knitted together by an expert, as our genuine Fair Isle garments are. Unlike cheap imitations, this genuine Fair Isle jumper is made from 100% pure Shetland wool, for a strong, sturdy garment that's superbly soft and warm.

We divide the buying process into two main stages:
